Fair play, clear rules.

You may play public games as a guest. Independent accounts are for players aged 15 or older who can understand these terms. Players under 15 must use a private child profile created and managed by a parent or guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the child profiles they create and for supervising each child's use of DOUNOBALL.

Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One parent account may manage up to six private child profiles.

We may restrict or suspend an account used to cheat, disrupt the service, probe private systems, impersonate another person or abuse other users.

Daily boards, puzzle numbers, scoring, BKR and streaks are generated or verified by DOUNOBALL systems. Practice and admin test runs do not count as official daily results. We may correct a clear scoring, data or generator error to preserve fair records.

DOUNOBALL is evolving. Beta and preview features may change, pause or be removed. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every historical statistic is free from error.

Do not automate gameplay at abusive volume, scrape private data, reverse-engineer protected answers, bypass access controls, upload malicious code or use DOUNOBALL in a way that breaks the law or harms the service.

You may share the result cards and text DOUNOBALL provides for that purpose. You may not copy or resell the games, artwork, database or brand as your own product.

Training, nutrition and development content is general educational information, not medical care or personalised professional advice. Consider your own health, age and ability, use safe facilities and seek qualified medical or coaching advice when appropriate.

If paid DOUNOBALL+ features launch, the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our collection and handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy and Kids Privacy Notice. Child profiles are private by default and remain under the parent or guardian's control.

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the site or account email before they take effect where reasonably practicable.
